PRESIDENT, KEVIN HAYS (3-year board member)
Hello.  My name is Kevin Hays.  I am the current 2018 NRNA President.  I have lived in Renton for 36 out of the 46 years of my life.  North Renton has been home since 2004.  I work at a construction company as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper.  Interest outside of my job our volunteering, coaching, snowboarding, baseball, softball, golf and pretty much anything outside.  I have been a member of the Renton Lions Club since 2006 and am currently the 2nd Vice President.  Coaching baseball is a major passion of mine as I currently coach the Newcastle Miners 18U baseball team and coached high school baseball since 2010.  My vision for my neighborhood/community is one that lives together, plays together and volunteers together.  I look forward to a year of fun!

My name is Jessica Roach.  I am born and raised in Kirkland, moved to Renton in 2006.  My husband and I knew that Renton was an up and coming area to move to, boy were we right!  In 2013 we bought our home in North Renton and we simply fell in love with the neighborhood.  I envision North Renton as a warm and welcoming community to fellow neighbors and those who come to visit our area and enjoy what the city has to offer.  While not working as a Nurse Case Manager, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs.  I am an avid golfer, lover of outdoors and gardening.

 I have been a lifelong resident of Renton since 1933 - a resident of the same block I am at now since 1936 - where my wife Vicki and I raised our 3 children.  (Our children, and 3 grandchildren, all still call Renton home.) 

I attended the "original" Sartori Grade School and then the Renton Middle & High School.  After high school, I attended the University of Washington, where I majored in Political Science and was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity.  After graduating college, I served as a Lieutenant in the US Army in Korea.  After serving in Korea, I went back to the University of Washington and received my Law Degree. 

I have been a local Renton attorney since August of 1960, where I built my practice with my father and uncle, and am working on my retirement now after almost 58 years in practice. 

It has been a pleasure serving my community over the years in different capacities ....  as a Mustang Little League Baseball Coach, President of the Board of Directors (and Board Member) at the Polynesian Resort in Ocean Shores, Washington and President of my Fraternity in college, and as a 55 year member and Past President of the Renton Lions Club - having been honored with the Lions Club International Melvin Jones Fellowship - the highest and most distinguished honor Lions Club International awards.

I look forward to continuing to serve our North Renton Community with the NRNA.

JESSICA STUART (1-year board member)
Hi all! My name is Jessica Stuart and I've lived in Renton for the past 4 years, but have been a North Renton resident for the past 2.5 years. I live with my fiancee Steven Stromerson. I am a registered nurse working in stem cell transplant at UW Seattle. I am a member of the WSU Master Gardener program so I am hoping to apply what I learn in those classes to help make North Renton a beautiful and well-landscaped city! I envision Renton being a close-knit town with unique events and stores that bring residents as a close community. My hobbies include gardening, going to concerts, and traveling in our camper van.
