Join your North and South Renton neighbors for a fun and refreshing evening at Jones Park as we celebrate National Night Out together!
🍨 FREE GELATO from La Crème Patisserie Bakery & Gelato Cart – a sweet treat for our North & South Renton residents!
🚓 Sponsored by the Neighborhood Program and the Renton Police Department
🔥 Expect visits from Renton PD and/or Renton Regional Fire Authority – and we are next to the river so be ready to make a splash, bring your bathing suits, towels, and river floats!
This is a great chance to meet the people who make our neighborhood special, connect with first responders, and enjoy a relaxing evening in the park. See you at the river!
Saturday August 9th, 2025 - Renton Community Picnic
This year, our free community picnic will be hosted in partnership by South Renton Connection and North Renton Neighborhood Association! Join us for community, fun, bites from local restaurants, hamburgers & hotdogs (veggie options, too!), music, crafts, and games.

In September, the NRNA is joining forces with the South Renton Connection and the Renton Downtown Partnership for a joint Clean Up event on #WorldCleanupDay!

Saturday September 27th, 2025 - Traffic Circle Gardening Party

Our Traffic Circle Clean Ups are back! In July, four brave volunteers beat back blackberries and rose bushes at two traffic circles on 5th Ave N. We're meeting up again in September for some fall pruning and planting.
Please bring any gardening supplies you have, especially heavy gloves for the blackberry & wild rose bush pulling and handling.
